Here and Now - Level 1

Here and Now - Level 1 is the flag ship program of TRACK. Functioning in the here and now is one of the key benefits of Autonomy.

The Level 1 program is a one day experiential workshop. This workshop is designed to suit all age groups, genders and work profile of the participants. True to this we had participants from different profiles in the program held on 2nd April 2023.

This workshop was delivered by our Founder, Dr.Jones Bosco and by our President, Mr. Karthikeyan Jawahar.

We had 15 participants. We had high energy level, questions & sharing and positive recognition till an extended time of 6PM.

Thanks to the organising team lead by Mr. Jeganathan P, Mr.Jose Wesley and Ms.Anita Nair. Thanks to all the participants for your active involvement. We wish to meet you all again in the Here and Now - Level 2 in June 2023.

The next Here and Now - Level 1 is planned in May 2023. The date will be announced shortly.
