Membership is open to individuals aged 18 and above who are committed to self-improvement and community engagement.
Members must attend regular meetings held every Tuesday from 6 PM to 8 PM at Divyodaya, Coimbatore.
Membership is subject to approval by the core team.
Membership Fees
A membership fee of ₹5000 per annum is applicable for all members except students.
Fees are collected for operational expenses and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified by the core team.
Code of Conduct
Members must maintain a 'Here and Now' attitude, aligning with Track's purpose and passion to foster a positive and engaged relationship.
Confidentiality is mandatory; discussions within meetings must be strictly sanctioned and not shared outside the community.
Any form of discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behaviour will be dealt with by the core committee.
Participation and Engagement
Active participation is encouraged in all discussions and activities.
Members are expected to adhere to group guidelines and contribute positively to the group.
Termination of Membership
Members may voluntarily withdraw their membership with prior notice to the core team.
Liability Disclaimer
The community provides a space for self-improvement but does not offer professional therapy or medical advice.
Members participate at their own discretion and responsibility.
Amendments
The Founder along with core team reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions as necessary.
Members will be notified of any changes in advance.
