Mindfulness

Mindfulness is a conscious choice. Mindfulness is to love others as you would love yourself. It is the lover’s attitude. Mindfulness is paying total attention to the present moment and remain non judgmental. It can help us be more productive and purposeful.

There are many ways to cultivate mindfulness. One of the best practice is to: Pause a while. Take a deep breath become aware of your feelings, come in touch with the environment and proceed in a relaxed manner. What a wonderful life it will be letting yourself live, love and be lovable.


Excitement

Our glands, blood vessels, heart and liver need to be excited every now and then. This is a psychological and biological need. What matters is what you choose for excitement. It may be dance or sex; meditation or mountain climbing; graciousness or creativity; making progress or web designing etc. Lay intellectual foundation and find out what makes you excited and fruit bearing.
