Here and Now Level 1 is the Flag Ship Program of TRACK Here and Now. We are celebrating August as the Here and Now Month with a series of sessions on being and functioning in the Here and Now.
The First Session was handled by Mr.P. Jeganathan on the topic Ego States. He made the session very lively and with a lot of interactions and activities.
